We have about 500 units that have tracking numbers that haven't been shipped yet, and another 250+ units that haven't been packed! So if you're still waiting for your package, don't fret! They are still on their way 😁
By the way, these remaining packages include all 10 of the collector's lich busts since we're being very careful with those, as well as most of the unique illustrations!

The first 1500 of about 2400 orders have hit the roads/skies/oceans! Keep an eye on your tracking numbers for updates, but if they don't change in the next week DO NOT WORRY! We still have almost 900 packages to roll out in the next two weeks!

For those of you who managed to snag any of the limited-to-ten busts of Quatach-Ichl, we've just finished the printing, painting, and hand-numbering! The numbering wasn't as clear as we wanted it to be, so we also hand-filled the numbers in gold to make them pop for you!
They'll be heading out before the end of the year once we figure out how to get them delivered safely (they are obviously fragile), so look forward to that!!

Hey all! We have had a lot of people asking us about when things are getting sent out now that tracking numbers are being produced. If you're not seeing movement on your rewards, please don't worry! They are ready and packed, just not in transit, yet!
We do everything in-house in order to guarantee product quality and the best experience for our backers, but that does mean we are limited by the size of our current team and local delivery abilities. As a result, we have 1000+ packages ready to go, but pick-up of them will be happening all at once, or the local service would only be able to grab like 100 at a time every couple days, taking time and slowing things down significantly.
So don't worry, things are coming! We just need a little bit longer in order to get everything done. You should see things in transit in early December!

Good day everyone!
After many months, we are finally here, ready to start shipping orders for the Mother of Learning: ARC 1!
There are a few important things to keep in mind in the coming days and weeks. Please take a few minutes to read through the list below, so you know what to expect:

First, we sent out a notice from BackerKit via email this morning to let you know that we are locking addresses in 48 hours. Please take a few minutes to log into BackerKit and verify that the address we have on file for you is accurate!

Second, once addresses have been locked, we will start processing orders. Please be aware that we have well over 2,000 individual orders, so it will take some time for us to work through each of those in turn.

Third, when your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This email is sent to the address we have on file for you in BackerKit, so we recommend checking that to verify it is correct.
NOTE: In our experience, anyone using an Apple account to access BackerKit might not have a working email address on file. Anyone in a situation like that may have an email that looks something like this: [email protected]. If this is you, please make sure you update your email address on BackerKit!
